The annual TRIALOG Central Training took place recently, on March 26-27, 2007 in Tallinn, Estonia. The main focus of the training for new EU member states (NMS) development aid platforms was on Management and Strategic Planning. Around 50 participants gathered in Tallinn, Estonia, including representatives from a Croatian NGO network as well as 2 participants from the NGDO platform in Portugal which is the country to hold the next EU presidency right before the Slovenian presidency. IRBF was one of the four representatives of the Bulgarian Platform.

The first day was dedicated to sharing the successful practices and the difficulties throughout 2006 related to creating and managing of national platforms, sustainability, co-ordination amongst the members, exchange of experience and capacity building. In this respect, the presentations of representatives of the Swedish and Czech platforms were very useful.

During the second day the presentation of Karine Sohet from APRODEV regarding the new Financial EC Instruments 2007 - 2013 focused the attention of the participants. Andreas Vogt updated the audience on latest CONCORD news and priorities.
