The “Information portal for people with disabilities” is very suitable and technically accessible for users with different types of disabilities. It is an opportunity to review the social legislation, to publish and present information on different major topics, focused on the specifical needs of the visitors.

The portal itself is a zone aiming to provoke and establish informal discussions on topics, related to the disabled people in Bulgaria, and a meeting place for co-operation and contacts. It is for now mainly supported into Bulgarian language.

The portal is an initiative of the Consulting Centre "Public Mediator" (CCPM). The site is developed and hosted with the help of the Internet Rights Bulgaria Foundation (IRBF), as part of their NGO Bulgaria project.
