The Bulgarian NGO Resource Center (NGORC) has been very supportative of our perspective of building a Bulgarian social NGO network. They have themselves been trying to tackle the problems of isolation that many Bulgarian NGOs feel and their recently compiled Catalogue of Bulgarian NGOs was an important step foward in familiarising Bulgarian NGOs with each other’s work and enabling them to begin working together. IRB would like to thank NGORC for the support and encouragement they have given us in carrying forward our project and particularly for publicising our work in their Bulletin.
