Les Pénélopes are an organisation who promote, edit and diffuse information using all types of media, from the point of view of women and to favor all activity ensuring the exchange, the handling, the updating, the centralization, and the diffusion of this information in favor of all women of the world.

IRB is working with Les Pénélopes on Gender Equality and other Social Rights issues and also in developing Free and Open Source Software solutions for use by Social NGOs.
