The Korean Progressive Network JinboNet is one of the largest and most active social movement networks on the Internet. IRB has been working with JinboNet on Internet Rights issues. South Korea has the highest level of Internet access in the world, with advanced use of broadband video. Their experience will be invaluable in helping us to develop a Bulgarian Social Rights network and assisting us in building a strong relationship with other media oganisations.
