Mathieu Lutfy |

Mathieu is a computer scientist from Québec currently living in Bulgaria. His experience with the Free Software community, such as Linux user groups in Montréal and Sherbrooke, oriented him towards networking - not only technical, but also social - where Free Software could be used efficiently to help organisations communicate on large scales with a minimum of ressources.
Mathieu joined Internet Rights Bulgaria Foundation after proposing to use SPIP and other Free Software alternatives. He is currently building the structure of the website and providing the technical knowledge for creating the Social Rights network. His idea for connecting NGOs via Internet inspired him to realise the NGO Bulgaria Gateway project. Mathieu is a Software Leader of the Legal Case Management Software Project for not-for-profit legal aid centres.
He speaks French, English and Bulgarian. More information about Mathieu could be found on his website.
