The Women’s Information Technology Transfer (WiTT) is a virtual training center developed for and by women in Eastern and Central Europe, in which IRBF participates since 2003. From 2005 we bacame WITT Focal Point in Bulgaria and from the beginning of 2007 IRBF took the coordination of WITT. Together with WiTT, IRBF organised in the beginning of 2004 a Training Exchange Event (training in ICTs for women from CEE) in Sofia, Bulgaria as well as a number of local trainings on Strategic use of Information and communication technologies for women from Bulgarian NGOs. |

IRB is working with Les Pénélopes on Gender Equality and other Social Rights issues and also in developing Free and Open Source Software solutions for use by Social NGOs. |
The European and North American Women Action (ENAWA) is a network of media, ICT, information and advocacy organizations strengthening and integrating a feminist analysis in the information and media landscape in relation to social movements and the women’s movement in our region and the world. IRBF staff participated in the information dicemination at big events like: ESF 2003 and WSIS 2003. |
The Korean Progressive Network JinboNet is one of the largest and most active social movement networks on the Internet. IRB has been working with JinboNet on Internet Rights issues. South Korea has the highest level of Internet access in the world, with advanced use of broadband video. Their experience will be invaluable in helping us to develop a Bulgarian Social Rights network and assisting us in building a strong relationship with other media oganisations. |

IRBF works with Virtual Activism to develop training courses for Bulgarian social NGOs on how to use the Internet for strengthening their work. |
